Free Standard Shipping is valid on all orders $50 or more within the U.S. No promo code is required to redeem your free shipping, just select the FREE Shipping option at checkout. Sales tax is not included in total minimum purchase requirement calculation. Offer is subject to change without notice.

Standard shipping and handling fees are assessed at checkout in the amount of a flat $4.99... UNLESS we are offering a special FREE SHIPPING promotion that is triggered by a unique code you received, which can be used at checkout.

EXCHANGES

Because virtually all of our tees, posters, and variety of other products you will find in our online store are made-to-order and printed on-demand, we do not offer outright returns. However, exchanges are incredibly simple with us and we want to make that process as easy as possible for you. Exchanges are accepted within 21 days of receipt of the item and in its original condition.

If your purchase doesn't fit, arrives damaged, or has issues in any way, such as the print being off center, we will absolutely offer an exchange. We only require that you initially send us a picture showing the damage (if applicable) and upon inspection we will inform you whether it fits our criteria for the exchange. Upon approval, we ask you to send the product back to us. Once received, we will send you a new product at no cost to you.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Because of our on-demand production process, we do not offer outright refunds. Only under very specific circumstances in which we made a mistake will we consider issuing a refund. This will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs on returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary depending on where you live.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

CHANGES /CANCELLATIONS

Our production process begins almost immediately after you place your order to ensure expedited delivery. We have under one hour following an order being placed to make any changes, which is why we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. Please email us at support@greatnessapparel.com ASAP to request making a change if necessary. Orders will be issued a credit or same replacement item. We do not offer refunds in most cases.

*Greatness Apparel is not responsible for items shipped to incorrect, but valid, addresses provided by the customer. Please confirm the full address prior to submitting the order. If the order is marked as delivered, but is missing and presumed stolen, the customer is responsible for contacting the shipping provider and filing the appropriate complaint with them.
